Our client are recruiting for a Receptionist for their busy office. This is a full time role from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers.
The duties include but are not limited to the following :
Managing inbound calls, emails, faxes & mail,
Ensuring prompt distribution to appropriate department,
Assist with data entry into company systems (training will be provided),
Administration support to various departments,
General office duties such as filing, sorting, document binding, Liaising with the courier company,
Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
Salary R 8,500 per month plus benefits.
Minimum 1 year in a similar role,
Friendly, cheerful applicant who has excellent communication skills,
Strong attention to detail,
Outstanding customer service and people skills,
Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook,
