Receptionist required at the Midrand office of PerkinElmer. This office is the Southern Africa headquarters providing support to the sales and service organisation. In addition, a demonstration laboratory is set up to provide training on our instruments to internal employees and external customers. Our office is busy, modern and vibrant and needs someone who is dedicated and has great people skills.

Duties include:

All areas of Reception and admin support (telephone, mail, vendor records, tenders)
Travel bookings - flights, accommodation, car rental
Organise appointments and meetings
Organising and hosting client open days, conferences and staff events - including coordinating catering, promotional or training materials
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 certificate required
Previous experience of general reception and administration work required
Previous experience of organising events and booking travel desirable
Confident user of Microsoft Office - Excel and Word in particular
Confident user of the internet
Good customer service ethic and interpersonal skills
