The Receptionist / Administrator will be responsible to answer all incoming calls and direct them accordingly. This person will also be responsible to assist walk-in clients in a friendly and helpful manner. Any other related admin duties.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Answer of incoming calls.
b. Assisting clients or directing calls accordingly.
c. Manage the front desk.
d. Greet and assist walk-in clients.
e. Take stock of hospitality and stationary supplies and placing of orders.
f. Schedule and book collections with Courier Company.
g. File records and maintain filing system.
h. Create student certificates.
i. Complete Health and Safety checklist and report gaps.
j. Assist with open day arrangements.
k. Receive stock and notify relevant person accordingly.
l. Any other related admin duties.
- Grade 12
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans – Non negotiable
- Computer Literate
- Reliable transport
- Presentable and neat
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Excellent people skills
Salary: R7 000 – R7 500 per month
