An award winning 5 Star Hotel is looking for a polished, experienced receptionist to join the team. You must have previous experience within a 5 Star hotel. The following are the requirements for this position:

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Second language would be advantageous
Shift work required, including night auditor shifts
Be able to carry out full reception duties, night audit duties and be responsible for financial transactions
Be able to deal with guest’s requests, complaints and their queries
A professional and charming telephone manner is vital
Knowledge of Opera preferable
Well groomed, friendly and presentable
The ability to work well under pressure
Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated
Must be a team player
Must have a positive nature and the right attitude
