Requirements / Experience:

Pervious 5-star hotel experience is a must
Must be able to handle check ins and check outs
Must be able to prepare guest bills
Must be able and willing to assist guests with queries
Must be able to take meal reservations
Must be able to update the day-sheet from the booking system
Must be willing to work shifts and long hours
Must be able to think out the box
Must be able to work under pressure
