Real Estate Agent
A Great Opportunity exists for experienced estate agents, as well as small estate agencies. Please note that the position is on commission only.
Gathers a thorough knowledge of the property market, particularly, in the area in which they work
Liaises with new clients - discusses what they are wanting in a property in detail
Takes prospective buyers to a number of suitable properties
Negotiates contracts with buyers and sellers
Appraises properties and sets prices
Meets with other estate agencies
Learns and keeps up to date with the municipal and tax laws
Advertises the βfor saleβ and βfor rentβ properties that are on their books
Sits at βshow housesβ which are viewed by prospective buyers over weekends
Is available to both parties (buyers and sellers) all the time
Real Estate Qualification would be an added advantage.
