Professional Engineer

COMPETENCY & EXPERTISE REQUIRED

Built environment professions with a very strong emphasis on Project Management.
The Candidates should be skilled and have experience in project, portfolio, programme management and/or legal/contract management within the built and infrastructure delivery environment.
Knowledge and expertise in the application of best-practice methodologies for construction procurement and management and contract management within the Public Sector.
Must have worked in the public-sector environment provincial government departments, public entities and municipalities and must have a working knowledge of government policy and procedures.
Sound knowledge of the KwaZulu-Natal Province in terms of geographical orientation, economic and population dynamics and infrastructure delivery.
