Summary
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven product manager to join our team at Over. Who are we? Glad you asked. We’re an app in the business of brand-building. Whether personal or professional, for fun or for profit, the Over app helps build, boost, and expand brands. We need a product manager who will take this and run with it.

Requirements
You have at least 3 years of product management or other relevant experience.
You have experience working directly with designers and engineers to design and iterate on products.
You have strong agile project management and time management skills.
You have a strong understanding of information architecture, and usability principles.
You have experience creating user journeys, personas, flow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes.
You have excellent interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences.
You have the ability to extend visual systems and brand guidelines across products/channels.
You are proficient in Sketch and Adobe CC Suite.

You are proficient in InVision and/or other prototyping tools.
You have a solid understanding of web technologies as they apply to UI and UX design.
You have native mobile experience.
You are emotionally intelligent, a voracious learner, flexible and trustworthy.
You have good communication skills.
You have good organization skills.
You are friendly and outgoing.
You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient and a self-starter.

Responsibilities
Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new product features.
Conduct market and user research to identify user needs.
Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new product features.
Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new product features.
Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products.
Manage cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering.
Develop metrics to assess the success of product features and determine necessary enhancements.
