Minimum requirements for the role:

Experience and skills in Digital Marketing is a must.
A tertiary qualification in Life Science, Marketing or Dietetics is essential.
Previous product or brand management experience in healthcare or related consumer market is preferred.
Knowledge of the full marketing mix.
Previous experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate is preferred.


Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
Must have an excellent command of the English language.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Analysing how the brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumer insights.
Taking brand ownership and providing the vision, mission, goals and brand strategies of the company.
Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Leading creative development and creating motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action.”
Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Monitoring market trends and researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Managing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions.
Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
Bringing new products to the market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses and establishing time schedules with NPI team.
Brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field of medical nutrition to further establish the company as a pioneering leader in science-based nutrition.
Guiding sales team through campaign implementation and ensuring tactical execution at field level.
Providing updated medical product training to the sales team on an ongoing basis.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
