Our client a Retail clothing company seeking POS Support - Intermediate person to join the internal IT support team based in Mount Edgecombe.
Matric and IT qualifications.
5 years IT experience.
Experience in pos / retail environments.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Must have patience.
Work in Team supporting 450 retail stores and head office environment.
Willing to work overtime, occasional public holiday and one Saturday a month.
Diverse IT related tasks on a weekly basis.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities include:
POS and back office software support. (remote, telephonically).
Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
To diagnose and resolve hardware related issues on Desktops, Laptops and other hardware (On site, remote, telephonically).
