Specialist competencies:

Matric or NQF level 4 certificate
Previous hotel experience
Be able to work shifts, including night shift
Speak, read and understand English clearly
Drivers licence is advantageous
Bar and food preparation experience

Valid first aid training certificate would be advantageous
Computer Literacy with working knowledge of micros
