Key Responsibilities:
Assist Artisan with assembly and disassembly of machinery
Independently perform routine and repetitive maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean workshop environment
Lubrication of machinery
Cleaning of Machinery
Maintain a clear refrigeration plant room
OSH Act and HACCP inspections and implementations
Maintenance:
Conduct minor maintenance tasks
Assists on minor electrical breakdowns
Assists mechanical handyman when needed
Assists Artisan in performing maintenance for projects
Stands in as a relief for the electrician and conducts relief standby for the electrician

Performs preventative and cleanout maintenance duties
