Personal Assistant / Marketing Intern

I'm looking for a personal/executive assistant in the role of a marketing intern, to grow with our company and upskill on the job. The position offers exposure and experience working with high-quality corporate marketing strategies and projects.

Required skills:
- high level of English literacy
- fully computer literate
- ability to problem solve effectively
- thought independence
- good common sense
- general creativity
- excellent email communication skills
- university degree is a nice to have, but not essential

Responsibilities to include:
- attend client and partner meetings

- document meeting notes
- project documentation
- brainstorming sessions
- networking
- partner negotiations

Job information:
- office located in Gardens, Cape Town
- daily, Monday to Friday
- core business hours; time is somewhat flexible
- salary R6k-R12k; experience-dependent
