About the Position
Our Client based in Centurion is looking for a Personal Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arranging all travel, visa and accommodation needs as required and liaising with the travel agent.
Manage office correspondence, screening calls, inquiries and requests on his behalf
Organisational assistance, ensuring that urgent matters are escalated and actioned as required
Communicating with clients, staff and partners, to ensure the effective and smooth running of the office

Meeting and greeting visitors when required and the necessary protocols that dictate the level of visitor
Diary management (business and private), and related preparation of documents etc for the meetings
Complete necessary research as required and presenting findings
Produce documents, briefings, reports and presentations as required
Running personal errands for the Director when required, own car and valid driver's needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Matric
Secretarial or similar qualification would be advantages
MS Office
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
2-3 yearsβ experience within a similar position
