Receptionist Successfully established Engineering Firm based in Durbanville is seeking to employ an energetic and dynamic Receptionist.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.Minimum of 2 years similar experience.Computer literacy (MS Office) and good typing speed.
Presentable, proactive and reliable.
Excellent communication and telephonic skills.
Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport.
Key areas of performance:
Welcoming visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
Maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
Managing switchboard and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant person.General administrative tasks.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
