Job Description
FUNCTIONS OF THE PARTS REPRESENTATIVE:
.Responsible for all sales activities in assigned and new accounts
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Participate in marketing events ie Golf days
• Customer visits daily
• Ensuring OEM processes and policies are adhered to
• Cold calling (new business/accounts)
• Debtors – follow up and assist accounts department
• Approval of panel shops

• Call reports – feedback from customers

Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
• 2-3 years working experience as a Rep
• 1-2 years experience as a Parts Rep (Business to Business)
• A valid driver license
• Motor industry knowledgeable
• Matric/Grade 12 or Equivalent

• Positive and friendly persona is imperative
