Our client has a vacancy for Sales Consultants selling Medical Scheme and Gap Cover products to a (qualified) lead through the process of giving financial advice. There is minimal cold-calling. Position based in Durbanville, Cape Town.


Key Functions:

Contact leads telephonically
Needs analysis discussion and comparative quote preprartion
Give best advice - recommend products that will meet the needs of the clients and protect the clients against identified risks
Closing of sales
Online & telephonic capturing of sales
Follow-up sales with product house up to activation
Email relevant FAIS communication with clients up to confirmation of activated cover
Qualifications RequiredL

Matric
RE Qualification
CMS accredited
DOFA record from FSB (can be obtained if not previously registered)
Inseta record with additional qualifications relevant to financial services industry
Experience Required:

2 months telesales in the financial services industry
Medical scheme advice and/or service experience
12 months telesales in banking or funeral and other
