We looking for an Order Processor to assist the clients once the order has been placed and finilised. The Order Processor will process the order and confirm delivery address as well as stock availability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing orders from the online portal
Customer service
Processing the order
Managing the process and delivery
Stock and supply management
Arranging deliveries
Quotes, invoices and delivery notes
Managing returns
Experience & Qualification

Matric
Computer literate: Experience with any purchasing or order processing software
Bilingual
Customer service experience – especially in a high pressurized environment
Order taking and processing experience
