Ops Manager with hotel experience

Totalstay is looking for an ops superstar to join our team. This is a pivotal position, with plenty of opportunity for growth, and a chance to make an impact in the exciting world of serviced apartments, luxury villas, and new school airbnb style accommodation products.

We are looking for someone who has cut their teeth in hotels, and is now ready for something more dynamic, to grow with us, as we continue taking the self-catering industry by storm.

You will be dealing with properties, and their nuances, guests and their unpredictability, and owners, and their emotions. You will need a cool head, a mature disposition, and you will need to think and act like a leader, in order to get the best out of yourself and your team mates.
