Reporting to the Senior Manager: Social & Digital Media the successful incumbent will be accountable to provide effective, efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical services to the office of the Senior Manager Social & Digital Media.
Key Performance Areas
Provide office administration and support.
Perform procurement administration and management.
Manage Senior Management meetings (schedules, agenda and minutes).
Develop and manage a follow up plan on meeting resolutions and matters.
Manage the telephones on behalf of the Senior Manager.
Manage e-mail and scanning correspondence on behalf of the Senior Manager.
Ensure that the filing system is up-to-date and functional at all times.
Ensure confidentiality of all documents under control and that correspondence from the Manager's office reaches intended recipients.
Manage Social and Digital Media administration.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 in Office Administration or Management related qualification.
Diploma or Advanced Certificate @ NQF Level 6 in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Relevant 2 years' Administration experience in the Social and Digital Marketing/ Marketing or Communications environment.
Experience on SAP and Procurement process.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R270 525.00 per annum, negotiable.
