About the Role:

A leading retail jacuzzi manufacturer based in Johannesburg is looking for an office administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining basic bookkeeping.

Minimum Requirements

Matric
3 years’ experience
Computer literacy (Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Pastel experience
Driver’s license
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Must be able to work in a very pressurised environment
Job Description

Ensure customer satisfaction

Customer service-focused
Answer telephone calls, emails and walk-in customers with respect and enthusiasm
Prepare and monitor Debtors Age Analysis – Pastel Express
Prepare and send debtors’ invoices and statements
Debt collection via Phone, SMS, email, registered post etc.
Creating and updating of debtor’s master file
Update & maintain an existing customer database – Bluwave CRM package
Spas, Spares, Parts & Tools

Must strive to have an in-depth knowledge of all spares used within the business
Order all spares, parts & tools for the business – Manage & maintain stock levels at all times – doing regular checks
Check delivery dates and ensure stock has been ordered (in stock or in transit from the factory)
