OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTION Our office in George requires the services of an individual with exceptional administrative skills and a positive attitude to serve as Office administrator and Receptionist on a full - or part time basis.

Requirements: * Matric * Very strong computer skills * Effective communicator * Well presented * Exceptional administrative skills * Accurate and precise by nature * Positive attitude * Fully bilingual: Afrikaans and English What will count as an advantage: Experience in administration within an Accounting or Legal practice. You will not be suitable for this position if: * Repetitive tasks bore you * Administration frustrates you * You cannot work on your own * You struggle to communicate effectively * You are not willing to learn * You are not able to follow specified procedures * You are not interested in using task lists
