National Customer Service Executive ( JHB )

Description
This is a senior role with a team of around 20 staff reporting in. You should have a sound operations ( Freight Forwarding , Ocean , Air , Road and Logistics ) background at management level and at least ten years in a Senior Customer facing position. Our client requires good financial ability to understand and negotiate clearing rates and return on investment as well as file profitability. Retain a large blue chip portfolio of clients across a variety of industries.
