Duties and responsibilities:

Deliver stock from stores to different department of the University on a daily basis.
Coordinate stock to be dispatched as per documents/issues.
Assist with daily store duties assigned including stock-taking.
Pack store neatly on stock arrival.
Inherent requirements:

Matric.
A valid driver’s licence for at least three years.

Required competencies:

Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to function with ease in the university’s richly diverse working environment.
Knowledge of the store environment.
Physically fit to load and unload stock.
Delivery experience.
Recommendations

Knowledge of the UFS campus.
Previous experience in Procurement.
Previous experience as a team leader.
Assumption of duties:

As soon as possible.
