About the Position
A well-known mine based in the Northern Cape is looking for a Mine Overseer to join their team.
Qualifications and experience:
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Certificate plus a Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency is essential
Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
Minimum of 5 years' experience as Production Shift Supervisor
Previous experience as Mine Overseer would be advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
Good verbal and written communication skills
Sound leadership skills are essential
Valid Medical Certificate or be medically fit to obtain such a certificate
