MAXILLO-FACIAL RECEPTIONIST

Specialist maxillo-facial surgeons practicing in Rosebank, Johannesburg needs an enthusiastic, efficient and highly motivated, customer service-focused clinical and administrative maxillofacial receptionist.

You will be required to make the client/patient feel welcome and comfortable, as well as support the Surgeons in delivering an outstanding, world-class healthcare service.

You will need a Matric certificate, experience in the medical industry as a maxillofacial receptionist and familiar with Elixir billing system would be beneficial.

Highly organised and able to plan, with attention to detail, professional and technical proficiency and problem-solving skills, sound analysis and judgement, you will be able to make a success here. An understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role-players would be an advantage.

The role involves working shifts according to the operational requirements of the surgeons.
