The above mentioned positions are available in the Marketing and Tourism department at Robben Island Museum. The Information & Switchboard and Ticket Sales officer are responsible for promoting the RIWHS through dispensing of appropriate information to the client and sell tickets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ticket sales officers will assist with the sales of tickets and day to day administration in the Ticket Sales Unit;
Information and switchboard officer will be responsible to provide visitors with information and services about RIM and ensure their visit is safe and efficient.
Requirements:
National Diploma in Tourism, Marketing, Public Relations, Events;
Strong attention to deal;
Hard working;
Customer Services orientated;
Computer Literacy;
Fluency in 2 official languages.
