Marketing Manager-Sinoprima

Sinoprima Investments & Manufacturing is a TV manufacturer based in Midrand.

We are looking for a talented and vibrant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible (but not limited to) developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the Marketing Department
Implement strategies and new concepts
Retail liaison
Attend to and resolve customer complaints / queries
Manage all internal and external branding
Work with sales

Work with merchandising
Source new advertising opportunities and sponsorships
Social media management
Website management
Department KPI
Monthly sales figures for premium sales
Budget sales figures and monthly expenses
Exhibitions
Outdoor events
Retail promotions
Manage internal events and activities
Valid driver's license and own transport, as travelling will be required
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Relevant degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years work experience
Minimum of 2 - 3 years management experience
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets (Excel skills must be intermediate to advance)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Ability to manage a team
Creative thinker with pro-active problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, high energy and positive attitude
Ability to manage at both the strategic and operational level
The ability to work well as part of a team
The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
