Our client is seeking a creative Equity candidate who has an entrepreneurial, βcan-doβ mind-set with a strong sense of ownership coupled with is able to balance between his/her strategic skills and the immediate needs of the business. A proven record of success in driving digital campaigns is required.
Responsibilities include managing and owning the acquisition & retention strategies for customers as well as achieving revenue targets through the management of business plans and marketing strategies.
Key Performance Areas
Responsible for leading the marketing retention & acquisition planning team and be the go-to individual for all our campaigns ensuring ROI targets is met.
Enhance the customer experience through seamless campaign execution and customer centric journeys driving response and repurchase rates
Develop & execute customer journeys across all digital and print touchpoints with strong communication and reducing errors
Successfully set up and execute all campaigns, promotions and offers to delight the customer
Drive a channel relevant communication strategy
Drive organic growth through innovation
Achieve customer growth through analytics
Optimise risk and drive ad spend / business efficiency
Successfully lead the team to deliver excellence and embody our values
Minimum Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in business / Marketing or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 to 7 years marketing experience with omni-channel or multi-channel retailer
Minimum of 3 yearsβ people management experience at senior level
Proven record of successfully growing business results through complex marketing campaigns management
Previous experience with planning and developing integrated media, digital and multi-channel campaign communication and solutions
Strong understanding of strategic marketing, integrated marketing, database marketing, customer engagement and segmentation
Exceptional financial and business acumen understanding and interpretation
Proven record of leading multiple areas simultaneously and developing strong collaboration between cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of legal and compliance impacts of direct and omni-channel marketing
Prior experience developing or working with a customer database preferred
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Superior analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) to provide detail or insight into reporting or business trends
Merchandise planning will be advantageous
