MARKETING ASSISTANT

A private tertiary institution in Midrand is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join its team.
Under the supervision of the Vice Principal Marketing, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for all administrative functions in support of the campus marketing department.

Capturing student interview forms and applications.
Processing all change of details forms for prospective students.
Student correspondence.
Working cooperatively with Student Advisors with respect to all database statistics for marketing reports.
Responsible for all marketing stock and promotional materials.
Responsible for managing the Student Advisors’ diaries.
Ensuring that all consulting rooms are ready with appropriate information sheet and files.
Assisting Students Advisors with all database administration and associated correspondence.
Assisting the Student Administrator with capturing of registration documents during peak periods

Fully computer literate with MS Office capabilities

Minimum of 1-2 years marketing/admin experience

High level of accuracy required in both typing and data capturing

Best suited to a systematic person with an eye for detail

Own car and driver’s license essential

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organisational and administration skills

Market-related salary.
