Marketing and Sales Internship

Internship

Capture inquiries onto the system and request a viability study.

Generate a quote and send to the customer.
Once the customer has accepted the provisional quote, request a site survey.
Register the vendor on the system.
Ensure that the final quote is correct.
Raise an order on the system by creating an OE number; and monitor the workflow of the order.
Coordinate the drafting of a contract and supporting documentation needed for each order.
Coordinate documentation for tender processes.
Report on sales targets and revenue on a monthly basis.

Matric
Knowledge of MS Word

Good knowledge of Excel
