Logistics Coordinator

Location: Samrand
Candidate will be responsible for the daily processing of all local procurement transaction, including
PO creation, invoicing, crediting, receipting of paperwork, communication with sales and resolving
queries for both Datacentrix and Infrasol
Primary role accountabilities:
 Processing of Purchase orders and Sales Orders
 Receipting of Paper work Stock
 Request for Credit – (Credit and Re-invoicing , Returnt to Supplier /Stock Location)
 Invoicing of Physical and Paper work stock as per Client’s requirement
 Resolving of queries (from Suppliers /Receiving /Creditors /Debtors and Dispatch) and also
escalating to Sales and management
 Investigating and completing the Outstanding PO & SO report on a weekly basis
 Assisting with Aged Inventory analysis
Critical Requirements – Skills , Qualifications & Experience:

 Matric – with accounting/bookkeeping experience (understanding of Debtors, Creditors and
the affect of system transaction)
 Strong computer literacy skills, with very strong Organizational skills including the ability to
multitask
 Ability to work under pressure and without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks
and on time delivery, reliable and committed.
 Analytical, Logical and methodical with emphasis on attention detail
 Experience in Order Entry, MSGP, ITSM
 Previous Procurement experience (Advantageous)
