Life Sciences/ Pharma Recruiter - Contract or Permanent Opportunity – Initial 6 months/ Permanent position with competitive package



We have an opportunity with a large FMCG/Pharmaceutical company looking for assistance with international recruitment. This role can be based in Morningside, Johannesburg or Cape Town CBD.

Duties & Responsibilities
The opportunity that awaits you:

Your role will be to assist the internal resourcing team with Technical medical positions, Experienced Pharmaceutical positions and potentially FMCG hires. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international experience explore or work with UK or European markets where you would be sourcing/finding niche skill sets.



Your key responsibilities:

Utilize local and international channels to scout out senior talent in the market in the international Market (sourcing niche skill sets)
Gain experience liaising with Internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers
Take detailed briefs from the business to really be able to source top talent
Look for ways to improve service delivery and become a trusted partner to your client
Behave in line with the businesses expectations when it comes to candidate care
Assist on all ad hoc administrative duties


Desired Experience & Qualification
Our required expertise:

Excellent clear professional communication style
Experience in Sourcing/ Mapping / Executive search / Headhunting in professional service industries
You’ll need to be a really confident, credible recruiter in Life Sciences i.e Pharmaceutical Research & Development / Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs or Medical Sales roles
Must have at least 3 years Recruitment experience
