Specification
Internal Documentation and Systems for National Key Accounts
Ensuring all internal reporting, processes and systems are accurately captured and implemented
Is able to create and implement customer dashboards for reviews in conjunction with the NKAM
Customer Processes Management
Generate sales and stock reports from the various customer systems, PnP Portal, B2B, Spar Insights etc
Be able to identify and highlight threats and opportunities within the various customers based on live sales information
Ensuring customer various documentation is loaded accurately and timeously
Prop Docs
Dispos
Deals etc
Tenders
Manages the Tenders email inbox
Ensures tender pricing is submitted on time
Develops, maintains and updates a tracking register of tenders in progress and awarded tenders
Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyses data to evaluate current sales goals.
Requirements
Degree in Business Management / Administration or similar.
Min 3 years PA / secretarial / administration experience in a sales environment.
Excellent computer skills (Excel & Power Point – Advanced essential).
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure and deal with many competing demands through effective planning, prioritizing and co-ordination of tasks.
