Job description
To provide financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts; preparing reports, maintaining records of all financial transactions, and daily bookkeeping functions.

Roles and responsibilities:
Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling processed Daily Tickets from previous days’ sales. Detail and control accounts; checking entries, analysing and reconciling Sales VS revenue VS cash paid out
Checking financial operating sheets- by communicating with Front of House; keeping information confidential –Tip Sheets, Cash/In Cash Out Sheet, the Tip Control sheet, FOH operational sheets
Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying local financial legal requirements - Processing tickets, how to check processed tickets, ways to improve processing
Support Bookkeeper with all duties including payroll
Maintaining extensive, organised and immaculate staff files that are up to date
Accomplishes accounting and organisation mission by completing related results as needed
Opening and edit master accounts for customers and general ledger
Issue and update customer invoices, credit notes and debit notes
Process, reconcile and update financial records on a daily basis
Analysing staff sales performance and creating reports

Requirements
Diploma/degree – would be a bonus
General math skills
High attention to detail
MS Office, Excel, Outlook
Pastel, Payroll and accounting
Must be able to read and write English exceptionally well
Hours are 8am-6pm -Monday- Friday
