General experience in Linux.
Practical experience in the use of IT maintenance equipment.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of electronic equipment.
Application of Microsoft Office and Linux software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to provide technical support telephonically.
Problems solving skills.
