In this position you will be responsible for assisting theProject Leaders and Scrum Masters in their operational project managementtasks. This role will be the information hub on projects for all stakeholders.The incumbent will be responsible for making sure that governance relating tovarious projects complies with the BMW ITPM standards. The incumbent will beresponsible to manage changes, do project reporting to customers, go on trainthe trainer courses in terms of tools and train the team. Above average workethics will be required for this position and must be strong in verbal communication.The IT Specialist will have to assist the project leader in resourceadministration as well as co-ordinate the project within the agreed budget andtimelines.
You will maintain and update the project plan (roadmap),which continuously represents a valid planning status (offer, scope,deliverables, timelines, costs and resources. You will track and report projectstatus. You will be required to update Jira after scrum meetings. You willschedule, organize and run project meetings which will include taking minutes,prepare presentations and ensures that List of open points, risk management, aswell as gateway documentation and project planning (incl. Date, budget) isregularly reported. You will be responsible to report on the Project Finance andProject Status updates to all stakeholders and ensure quality is maintained.You will be responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding activities of newproject team members. You will also beresponsible for maintaining the budget which includes but not limited to timeallocations, submit journals, accruals and reversals per project.

Qualifications and experience
National Diploma / B Degree in ProjectManagement or Administration
Project management budget experience isessential.
Knowledge of Project Lifecycle (ITPM) and Agile –advantageous
Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence –advantageous
Must be able to work independently
Strong Problem Solving Skills and Presentationskills
Great organizing skills and deadline driven.
