Role and Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for providing direct communication to clients and staff, define governance for projects, create proper project alignments both internally and externally, advise executives regarding how to balance competing priorities, and oversee projects and activities to ensure that effective business strategies and goals are met.
Manage a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementation of projects, Quality Assurance and release management of software, or solutions.
Oversee project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Build productive relationships with internal teams.

Drive project related work to achieve project deliverables. Track sprints to identify blockages and divergence from allocated tasks.
Ensure that the work flow process is strictly adhered to.
Active stakeholder management with multiple teams.
Effective communicator – making sure that all information regarding changes in scope, delays & other detrimental events are communicated to those involved.
Prepare and present weekly oral and written status updates of ongoing projects, highlighting plans, progress, risks, issues, action points and resolutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or any other related field.
Minimum of 5+ years' related work experience.
Certified Scrum Master and prefer PMP qualification
Project Management experience strongly preferred
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and hardware.
Skill in writing technical and non-technical project materials including project plans, timelines, business requirements and status reports.
Skill in working effectively with a diverse client base.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Focus on customer service, demonstrating a positive influence on cross-team working relationships.
Plans, schedules and delegates work in accordance with resource plans and deadline commitments.
Able to manage competing demands; excellent organisational skills
