Job Description Motus IT department has an opportunity for an intern specific but not limited to Monitor and respond to requests raised with the Helpdesk, provide remote support and respond to any queries in a timely manner. Ensure tickets are completed in accordance with the appropriate Service Level Agreement
Specific Role Responsibilities Desktop support for Renault SA (onsite) & PDC (remote desktop) Installing windows, Microsoft updates, Internet troubleshooting, cabling work, telephony, printer setups, scans, etc (Win7 & Win10).
Renault specific systems support (Creation and setup of new users on Renault specific systems.) (Remote desktop & telephone support on Renault applications for dealers.)
Daily system health checks of Server rooms – Servers, network equipment, aircons, etc.
Support IT Manager with projects when required.
Monitor and respond to requests raised with the Helpdesk, provide remote support and respond to any queries in a timely manner. Ensure tickets are completed in accordance with the appropriate Service Level Agreement
Qualifications and Experience Matric
Basic Network knowledge
Skills and Personal Attributes Good Verbal and written communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn
Good interpersonal relationship skills
High level of detail and accuracy required
Able to multi task
