Full-time Invoicing Clerk

Real Promotions, a vibrant and dynamic sales and marketing company, has had considerable success in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in the consumer products field. We have increased our clients market share and brand awareness through the ability to target new tiers of distribution and focus campaigns according to our new client’s needs. A full-time position has become available for an invoicing administrator with an accounting background.

This position is suitable for an accounting graduate with an understanding of the accounting world.

Requirements:
• SAGE ONE ACCOUNTING 2-4 EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Have basic accounting 2-4 years’ experience,
• Invoicing 2-4 years’ experience
• Customer Service 2-4 years’ experience

• Reconciliation of bank statements 2-4 years’ experience
• Excellent understanding of pro-rata invoicing
• Telecommunications experience is advantageous
• Available Immediately
