Job Purpose
To provide efficient and reliable coordination of large volumes of bookings to maintain and grow the relevant market segment, ensuring the seamless implementation and consistent and integrated delivery of services provided by the International Sales and Marketing department to all internal and external clients and stakeholders.

Education
Grade 12

Experience:
2 years experience in a call centre environment with exposure and knowledge of travel and tourism environment
Experience should include track record in administration and co-ordination of information

Key Performance Areas:
Have a thorough and updated understanding of the Sunlux properties and their Customer Value Propositions
Compile client proposals and quotations detailing requirements, pricing and activities according to client / tour operators expectations
Enhance proposals to ensure these reflect the Customer Value Proposition of the property
Make bookings and reservations in the system, recording accurate customer profiles
Co-ordinate the compilation and approval of contracts, including details and pricing in line with customer expectations
Respond to queries with accurate information, upselling where possible
Communicate any details with customers and other relevant stakeholders
Follow-up with clients and / or customers around their level of satisfaction and the way forward with regards business opportunities
Engage with customers to compile action plans and co-ordinate arrangements for events, and communicate these through to business unit properties
Capture and update profiles, booking data and rates into the system
Input special deals and rates
Tracks sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
Prepares sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Investigate competitor information and product offerings and ensure this information is integrated into the sales reports
Co-ordinate and communicate logistics for appointments, site visits, meetings, presentations and events
Facilitate the distribution of promotional materials and collateral and ensure orders are completed when necessary.
Communicate events dates and information to team and ensure details are updated on the International Sales and Marketing calendar
Assist the International Sales & Marketing Manager to update standard operating procedures and upload to Sharepoint to ensure these are accessible by all team members
Keep records of all sales and contractual information
