Job Description

We are looking for a competitive Insurance Marketing Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs and demands and help sell accordingly. The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm's prestige.

Responsibilities

* Report to the office 2-3 times a week.

* Attend weekly status meetings with MD and Sales Manager

* Design and implement effective marketing strategies to help sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.

* Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.

Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customer and help sell the suitable protection plans.

* Arrange client meetings with Sales Manager to present the offerings and collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.

* prepare reports for the MD on the success of your business endeavours.

* Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.

* Check insurance claims with Sales Manager to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.

* Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.

* Participate in Wellness days if needed and provide innovative ways to educate participants.

* Fulfil all company - established policy obligations.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a marketing or sales position. Experience in the insurance field an advantage

* Good comprehension of medical insurance plans.

* Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office.

* Goal-orientated.

* Excellent skills in communication and presentation.

* Experience in delivering client - focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.

* Matric or Marketing degree.
