Inbound Customer Services Agents Position



Requirements:

Must have Matric

Minimum 6 months customer service experience or retail sales OR

Minimum 6 months call centre experience

Must be willing to work shifts and public holidays

Must be credit & criminal clear

Must be a SA citizen



Training: 3 months



Call Centre operational hours:

Shifted from 22:00pm – 06:30am



Evening shift: The shuttle will fetch you at home (free)



Salary Structure:

R31.00 – While a trainee (no benefits)

R36.50 – After completing billing skill set (7 weeks later + core benefits)

R45.00 – After completing support skill set

R55.00 - After KPI achieved for 3 to 4 months (note this might not be the months directly after completing support training)

Salary: R8800 + R3000

Incentives : R3000
