ICT Service Delivery Co-ordinator

The key requirements for this position are:

A+ and N+ essential
Minimum of 5 years working experience with onsite as well as desktop support
Solid experience in networking and printers
A valid driver’s licence and own transport would be an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Administrative skills and experience
Customer Service orientation
A willingness/preparedness to work within the Church-based/Christian ethos of the College
The role will include but is not limited to:

Service Delivery Management

Responsible for co-ordinating the onsite team’s tasks
Ensure that requests for support through the help-desk are responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures
Act as first line support for simple computer problems of a technical nature in the College, before escalating them to technical support for resolution
Keep the necessary parties updated on the status of important service tickets
Responsibility of overseeing the calendar of all members on the Field Service team
Asset Management

Maintain and manage a fixed asset register of all IT equipment in the College
Manage procedures for the moving and removal of all IT equipment in the College
Accounts Management

Manage account administration associated with IT procurement (order preparation, matching goods received to orders, allocating and preparing the necessary payment requisition for the ICT Manager)
Administer printing charges and ensure these are forwarded to the Finance Department for processing. Produce reports as required by Finance to reconcile monies received in schools with theoretical income
Management of Outsourced Suppliers

Co-ordinating necessary repairs, installation and servicing for ICT equipment and/or services with external service providers
