EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
At least 3 years previous experience in the same or similar role.
Previous relevant experience in Office Management or Office Administration would be advantageous.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, when dealing with internal and external parties. Should also have the ability to interact with others in an effective way.

Ability to give attention to detail with accuracy and precision and maintain high levels of confidentiality.Conscientious and able to complete deliverables within the time allowed.
Able to make good judgments, work well under pressure and demonstrate a readiness to take decisions and originate action.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting line management and employees with any relevant HR queries.
Manage the Leave administration and provide Leave Provision information to the Finance department as required.
Establish, organize and maintain staff records and filing as well as same for the HR electronic database and server.
Capturing of monthly payroll input information to be used in the monthly payroll runs.
CV and recruitment administration on both Recruitment Portal and the HR server.
Administer ad hoc tasks for any HR projects, eg. Project demobilisations and collation and management of files and records.
