Summary of the Role Description:

Human Resource Administrator

[Junior Role]

Provide full Human Resource administrative support to the Business Units
Be the liaison between shared services (Finance, payroll, Human Resources) and the business Units
Collation, data input and submission of payroll documentation within prescribed deadlines to the Financial Manager
Any other payroll input requirement.
On-Boarding of all new employees ensuring that all documentation is completed.
Quality control of human resources documentation generated and received.
Assisting with the data input regarding Training and development and the WSP and or ATR submission
Assist in the collection of data regarding the Company’s BEE Scorecard
Assist with the continuous development, implementation and reporting regarding the Company’s Employment Equity Plan
Manage internal Human Resource communication within the company, reporting to the Human Resource Manager.
Creating and/or updating Human Resource templates if and when required.
Facilitate employee remuneration incentive programmes, on-boarding, training and development, reward, recognition and or performance incentives.
Labour Relations:

Facilitate Industrial and or Employee Relation(s) matters where required, this includes but not limited to warnings, disciplinary documentation and action, attending and or charring disciplinary enquiries if and when required.
CCMA and or Bargaining Council representation, Attending Conciliation(s) and Arbitration(s) experience.
Skills and Experience:

At least 2 - 3 years’ experience within HR Management (experience in a fast pace manufacturing environment will be an advantage)
An appropriate Human Resource qualification or relevant tertiary degree
Computer literacy
A thorough and up to date knowledge of relevant employment laws and trends in HR practice
Experience with the any Payroll system and or general Payroll input
The ability to practice the highest standard of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations practice(s)
