HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED (DISABILITY COVER) To ensure effective administration of all HR related work and compliance with the clientβs policies and Conditions of service and to assist with regional HR administration matters as required.
Job description
Capture input (overtime, standby allowance, cell phone allowance, acting allowance and leave) on SAP within the stipulated timelines.
Attend to employees queries regarding claims and other medical aid related matters.
Advise line managers with referrals of employees to Wellness.
Create personal files for new employees
Compile clearance documents
Assist employees with sign on documentation and explaining
Develop and maintain regional HR recordkeeping system.
Minimum REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (NQF 4)
3 yearsβ experience in HR administration
Must be computer literate
