12 month contract position has become available within the Payroll Department for a professional, efficient and organised HRIC Service Consultant who can maintain a high customer service focus in a pressurised environment.
You will be responsible for, amongst other duties:
Administering and checking employee transactions submitted to Payroll
Administer the call logging system
Provide excellent customer service β be customer obsessed
Ensure accurate information and guidance is provided to all customers
Deliver service within the agreed SLAβs
Ensure business processes are executed in a compliant way
We are looking for someone who:
Is computer literate (Ms Excel and Ms Word)
Is able to work under pressure
Can work effectively in a team
Is energised and deadline driven
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Has a high level of accuracy and numeracy
Has high service-orientation and enjoy working in a team
Has exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail
Has knowledge of payroll
Qualifications
Matric (Essential)
HR Qualification (Advantageous)
At least 1 Year administrative experience
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
