Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
HR Graduate will be responsible for supporting all the Human Resources function e.g. skills development, recruitment and selection, remuneration and benefits, Industrial Relation, Benefits administration
Scope:
Responsible for supporting HR Generalist and HR Advisors with all the Human Resources related function
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Management of HR Record Keeping
Responsible for the auditing of personal files and record and assist with filing and general HR administration
Being the custodian of personal files and confidential records
Assist with personnel documentation
Adhoc requests from the HR management including 2019 projects:
Job Description standardisation
Electronic personnel fining system

Supporting the HR Generalist with the Employment Equity and BBBEE related matters
LI-GSK

Why You?


Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge of SA Labour Legislation
1 year experience working with BBBEE will be advantageous
Microsoft Office
Good Excel knowledge
