Knowledge:Pastel payroll, Basic conditions of employment South Africa, performance reviews, Clocking system an advantageSkills:Basic counselling, computer skills, Microsoft office, and time management skills.Job Duties and Responsibilities:â€¢ Coordinate and maintain personnel files of employees.â€¢ Process all Human Resources documents such as new employee documents,â€¢ Update existing employee information such as change in title, status, salary, department address etc.â€¢ Calculate clocking in of employees weekly (hours worked).â€¢ Monitor attendance.â€¢ Capture and manage employee leave.â€¢ Calculate annual bonuses.â€¢ Attend to any payroll queries from employees.â€¢ Provide assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.â€¢ Provide counselling and basic disciplinary actions to staff.â€¢ Conduct orientation on all new employees.At least 2 yearsâ€™ experience in Pastel Payroll and in Human Resources
